Ok... this was a request from... like three or four months ago. OvO;

This was requested by :iconferretgirlsz:

She wanted Pirate!England the most, but told me I could add anyone else if I wanted to, so... Thanks to watching Pirates of the Caribbean a few weeks later, I had the idea to do a "pirate counsel" which includes the other countries who were well known during the Piracy ages. ^^;
